I think you would be better off trying to do something more constructive like getting this Lynne Milligan to put her poster (with her email address) on the main stations, and also doing a once-a-month pre-publicised visit to those stations (at peak evening times of course) to experience first-hand the chaos, and to speak to customers. Currently, emailing the generic 'customer services team' means an auto-reply in 48 hours, and then a usually very poor reply TEN DAYS later if you are lucky. They also seem to be written by people with no interest in, or knowledge of, the real sitaution anyway. Make yourself public Lynne!!
